Throughout his career, Tim has helped global organizations solve problems and seize opportunities.
He served for 15 years as President of Manifest Communications, and later as its Creative Director as well. It was doing this work that allowed him to explore the unique synergy of combining the principles of creative thinking, marketing, and sales.
To address his clients’ needs for strategic consultation, coaching, and cultural change on the C-suite level, he launched ThinkX Intellectual Capital, a firm specializing in helping organizations address their innovation and marketing challenges.
Tim has guest lectured in business schools in the US, Canada, UK, Mexico, Chile, and Australia on the synergies between creativity, marketing, sales, and innovation. He is a TEDx presenter and also speaks regularly around the world to leaders of global corporations, start-up entrepreneurs, and social marketing enterprises.
